(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing the main writ appeal.

2. The present petitioner / appellant is one of the writ petitioners, i.e., 15th writ petitioner in the writ petition, where orders have been passed on 09.01.2024, as against which, the proposed appeal has been filed.

3. Except the respondents 1 to 4, all other respondents, i.e., 5 to 67 are private respondents who are none other than the co-petitioners along with the present petitioner in the writ petition itself, therefore, since they are only proforma parties, the learned counsel appearing for the present petitioner / appellant has filed a memo dated 11.11.2024 to give up those petitioners, i.e., respondents 5 to 67 herein.

In view of the same, since notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 4 as represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, there is no serious objection from the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 to condone the delay and other respondents since proforma respondents were given up by the petitioner / appellant, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
