ORDER
The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.292 of 2022, is before this court, seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete investigation and file final report.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that investigation already completed and referred charge sheet No.68 of 2022 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur and a copy of the RCS notice, when attempted to serve on the defacto complainant, he refused to recieve the same.
3. In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner herein to approach the respondent police or the concerned Magistrate to get a copy of the RCS report and proceed in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved.
