O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking consideration of the representation dated 02.11.2015, by which objections were raised on behalf of the villagers for the proposed construction of panchayat room.
2. The learned Government Pleader, based upon the written instruction given by the Block Development Officer, Katpadi submitted that as of now there is no proposal to undertake the construction at S.No.200, Mandhaiveli poramboke over which the petitioner and the villagers have raised an objection.
3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as there is no cause of action available. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.3982 of 2016 is closed.
