2.A.No.5348 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 6th defendant in T.O.S.No.31 of 2014.

3.A.No.5349 of 2022 is filed to bring on record, the respondents 10 to 12 herein as defendants 13 to 15, being the legal representatives of the 6th defendant.

4.Mr.T.K.Viswanath, the learned counsel offers to enter appearance for the proposed defendants 13 to 15.

6.These applications are allowed.

7.The plaintiff is hereby directed to carry out necessary amendment to the Testamentary Original Suit.
