Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 07.05.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.05.2018, with regard to survey the land in S.No.135/5, situated at Edaiseruvoi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, but, the same is yet to be considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
