This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above Review Application in Rev.Appl.SR No.29966 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.It is reported that the mother of the first respondent is no more. The second and third respondents, though served, have neither entered appearance in person nor through counsel.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 89 days in filing the Review Application is condoned.
