PRAYER: Original Petition filed under Section 3, 7 to 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 read with Order XXI Rule (2) & (3) of the Original Side Rules and Clause 17 of Letters Patent, prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to - a) To declare the petitioner as the Legal Guardian of the Minor Amy Hadassah Kingsly aged 8 years, b) To grant permanent custody of Minor Amy Hadassah Kingsly in person to the petitioner and c) Pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/3
