2.Seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 01 February 2016, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to make a fresh representation to the third respondent Bank. 4.As the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to make a fresh representation to the third respondent Bank to consider his case for grant of some time to vacate the premises in question, which has been held as secured asset, we are not inclined to issue notice to the third respondent Bank as well as the private respondents. 5.In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if so advised. It is for the third respondent Bank to consider the same in accordance with law and on its own merits and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. 6.With the aforestated observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
