The Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the Third and Fourth Respondents to remove the seal and open the Door of "Arulmigu Oothukattu Regunai Mariamman Temple, Thiruvanathur" which was closed by Fourth Respondent.

When it was pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fourth, Sixth and Seventh Respondents that the Seventh Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit stating that the Petitioner has filed a suit in O.S. No. 501 of 2019, on the file of the II Additional Judge, Sub- Court, Villupuram, on the same issue, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an application for the relief that is sought here in that suit and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
