This is a petition to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the writ appeal.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find that the writ appeal itself is bereft of any merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, we are inclined to take up the writ appeal for hearing.

Ergo, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Registry shall number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
