Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

In this civil miscellaneous petition, this Court, granted an order interim stay subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the decree amount with accrued interest within a period of eight weeks.

2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the conditional order dated 25.01.2017 has been duly complied with by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, interim stay already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
