This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside judgment and decree dated 15.09.2016 made in R.C.A.No.36 of 2011 by the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / landlord submitted that they have taken over possession and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
