This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that was imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent (T12 Selaiyur) police station on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8684 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18707 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in two months at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
