This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to inspect and issue Machinery Quality Certificate to the petitioner to enable him to participate in the tender in notification No.15/2019-20, Tha.va.a/5.09.2019, by the second respondent.

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give Quality Control Certificate.
2. According to the petitioners, they want to participate in the tender floated by the second respondent, for which, a Working condition Certificate should be obtained from the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that today (04.10.2019), the second respondent will inspect the machineries and issue a certificate.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
