With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking directing to direct the first and the second respondents to grant revising scale of pay of 6th Pay Commission and also the extend the 7th Pay Commission recommendations with arrears thereof by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2019 within a stipulated period of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner is working as Office Assistant-cum-Watchman in the office of the third respondent since 31.05.1986. Subsequently in order to avail the benefits of the VII Pay Commission, the petitioner made a representation on 17.06.2019 to the first respondent, but till date not considered. Hence the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue direction the first respondent to consider the representation dated 17.06.2019 and pass orders within a reasonable time.
5. Mr. C. Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader, agrees to dispose of the representation dated 17.06.2019 within a stipulated time.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
