This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13122 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail the petitioner herein had directed him to stay at Trichy and report before the Palakkarai Police everyday everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 61 years and due to his age related problems, he was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition 7(b) of the order in respect of this petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13122 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 alone modified as follows:- "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

4. It is made clear that the rest of the order shall remains unaltered.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
