ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, to pass orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2017. It is seen that this petitioner had marked certain documents before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri in C.C. No.101 of 2015 and these documents were misplaced by the Court. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint to the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, to enquire into his grievance. While so, the petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the aforestated relief.

cad The power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. can be invoked only qua judicial matters that are pending before the Court below. This Court does not have the power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction qua administrative matters. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar General of this Court and ventilate his grievance.
