O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 22.07.2025 and for consequential direction to the fifth respondent to provide a copy of the complaint given against the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, 5 & 6, Mr.M.R.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, learned counsel for fourth respondent and Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for seventh respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, the main grievance expressed by learned counsel for petitioner is that the fifth respondent is proceeding further with the enquiry without furnishing the copy of the complaint given against the petitioner. Therefore, according to the petitioner, he does not even know the nature of complaint made against him.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the minimum that is required is to provide a copy of the complaint to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to effectively defend herself. There shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to provide a copy of the complaint to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks and thereafter, provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 25.08.2025 Speaking/Non-speaking order Index : Yes / No gm 4/6
