This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend CC.No.8 of 2018, (wherever it occurs) on the file of the Mahila Court Magisterial Level, Namakkal instead of C.C.No.270 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Namakkal in Crl.OP.No.15201 of 2018 and Crl.MP.No.7689 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. This Court is convinced with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the Petition. Hence, Crl.MP.No.17668 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.

4.Interim order of stay already extended by this Court in this case on 01.07.2022, is extended till 06.12.2022.
