2.The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the proceeding issued by the 3rd respondent dated 01.11.2004, convening the meeting for considering the NoConfidence Motion moved against the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.On going through the materials placed on record, it would be seen that the Impugned Notice is only calling for a meeting to consider the No-confidence Motion moved against the petitioner, now the tenure of the petitioner is already over, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs in the writ petition. Consequently, the connected misappropriation petitions are closed.
