This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply the conditions imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19894/2024 dated 19.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply the order of the Court due to his ill health conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
