The petitioner herein seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.162 of 2022 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 379, 430 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is stated that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on 06.10.2022 with a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the District Mineral Foundation Trust concerned and also execute two sureties.

3. It is stated that the petitioner had not complied with the condition.

4. Therefore, the petition for 2nd anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
