This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6781 of 2024 directing him to appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. 2.This Court, by order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.6781 of 2024 granted suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. 3.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner hails from Tindivanam. He is a daily wage earner. Due to the condition imposed he is unable to attend his employment, hence, denied his income. He further submitted that the petitioner is a permanent resident residing with his family in Tindivanam and he will not evade justice. Hence, seeks relaxation of the condition.

Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 13.06.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.6781 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.462 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
