Heard Mr.S.V.Karhikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel accepting notice for the third respondent and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to consider her representation dated 22.01.2016 and award compensation for her property in T.S.No.34, Block 26, Ward-D, Ambur, Vellore District sought to be acquired for widening of National Highways by the 3rd respondent herein. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submits that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation, within a reasonable time.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that at the time when the representation is considered, notice may also be issued to the third respondent. 5.In the light of the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2016, after notice to the third respondent and after hearing the parties in person, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
