ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 is somewhat sketchy in character. But the fundamental issue raised is of the lands being allotted and pattas issued in respect of the area which is a common Park. This aspect can be verified by the concerned authority being the District Collector, Kancheepuram from the revenue records and response be sent to the petitioner after looking into the matter and notice to all concerned. Needful be done within three months of the receipt of this order.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
