O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) This pro bono publico is at the instance of the petitioner in person seeking appropriate direction to the respondent to pass orders on the representation said to have been made on 26.12.2015 qua the bogus vote enrolment and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

status of the cases registered against the said persons under Representation of Pupil Act, 1950.

2. The petitioner, who appears in person submitted that the pending representation aforesaid dated 26.12.2015 may be directed to be disposed of by the respondent, particularly, in view of the fact that the next election is on the way.

3. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is called upon to issue suitable reply to the representation dated 26.12.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. The petitioner is also directed to send copy of the aforesaid representation to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order copy by enclosing the copy of the order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs.
