The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.277 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 3(2)(b), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) Immoral Profit and Prevention Act and 370 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. He is innocent. He further stated that the 1st and 3rd accused had been taken into custody and had been released on bail. Sofaras the petitioner is concerned, he is not directly involved with the entire issue. Thus, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that the respondent had received an information about the prostitution being carried out in the Stan Palace Lodge. When the respondent had gone there, they had caught hold of the 3rd accused, who was working as a room boy. The victim girl was rescued. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 1/3

4. Taking the facts into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
