ORDER
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/ complainant, to cancel the bail granted to the anted to the respondent herein by this Court, vide order dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28858 of 2023. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the petitioner/ complainant submitted that the respondent herein/ A10 had suppressed certain facts relating to the offence under Section SC/ST Act and also not complied with the condition of appearing before the respondent police as imposed on the respondent herein by this Court, vide order dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28858 of 2023. He also submitted that the investigation of the case was completed and final report filed in S.C.No.165 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur; and that the case is posted for examination of L.W.3 to L.W.7.

Considering the submissions made, facts of the case and also taking note of the fact that the trial is pending for examination of witnesses, this Court is of the view that the cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent herein at this stage is not necessary.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 17.11.2025 (1⁄2) stn 2/4
