The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition by stating that already a civil suit was filed in O.S.No.7075 of 2019, pending on the file of XVII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, by impleading the 1st and 3rd respondents herein as the parties/defendants therein and that the said civil suit is still pending.
