This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / Transport Corporation seeking to condone the delay of 1345 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents / claimants stated No Objection for ordering this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner / appellant paying a sum of Rs.1,000/- as costs, to the "Tamil Nadu State State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 17.11.2019, failing which, the petition stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
