These petitions in C.M.P.Nos.23588 and 23590 of 2023 are filed to condone the delay of 1,330 days and 1,281 days in filing the above appeals in S.A.SR.Nos.125126 and 125137 of 2023 respectively. 2.

A memo dated 04.01.2024 has been filed by the appellant stating that the 7th respondent who was reported dead is only a formal party. It is only the first respondent who is contesting the case all through and have stated that they have not pressed against the 7th respondent. The said memo is taken on file.
