ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 1 to 4/accused persons by order dated 05.03.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.208 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. The State has filed the petition to cancel the bail on the ground that the accused had not been complying with the condition to appear before the respondent police regularly.

3. When the matter came up for hearing earlier, this Court had directed the accused to comply with the conditions regularly. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that thereafter, the accused are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that there is no reason to cancel the bail. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.13344 of 2024 is dismissed. 20-01-2025 dk
