ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2025 pending on the file of respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he gave a sum of Rs.14,60,000/- to the accused for buying a land and even after receipt of the amount, the accused had refused to register the land in his name. Therefore, he had given a complaint before the respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint has been registered on 09.05.2025, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the investigation is in progress and they will file final report within one month.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the respondent is directed to complete investigation and file report expeditiously.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
