This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner agents to shift the machineries purchased by the petitioner through Invoice No.002 dated 01.08.2024 and Invoice No.003 dated 02.08.2024 from the premises of the 2nd and 3rd respondents.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 sold two machineries namely Rolling Machine 50mm (Himalaya 3 Rolling Machine 33MT) and Country Cane 30MT Capacity (Total Set Approx 35 MT Pre1) to the petitioner and when the petitioner wanted to take possession, the same was restrained by the respondents. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking police protection to take possession of the machineries.
3. The private notice taken on the respondents 2 and 3 have been returned as refused.
4. Once the properties are sold, the respondents 2 and 3 have no right to prevent the purchaser from taking possession of the same. Therefore, whenever police protection is sought by the petitioner, let the police give necessary protection to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
