This application is filed for a permission to the applicant to sublet the shop portion and portion in second floor in Door No.31/5, Kalathi Pillai Street, Elephant Gate, Sowcarpet, Chennai-600 079, to a third party.

2. Heard the parties concerned.

3. This Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the applicant seeking permission for sub-letting the portion of the property to third party cannot be granted, as the same would create future complications and also impermissible. Hence, this application stands rejected.
