Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2015 and Rejoinder Petition on 30.10.2015 and 02.11.2015 enquire the complaint against the 6th & 7th respondents and take the action for recover the government money and register the criminal complaint against them.

Heard Mr.C.Nithysh Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for respondents 4 & 5with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner is a practising Advocate and he has filed this Writ Petition to take action against the respondents 6 & 7, alleging that they have caused loss to the Primary Co-operative agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited.
3.In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, in paragraph No.3, the petitioner would state that he has received some information in the middle of July 2008, about the sixth respondent and he has alleged that the sixth respondent has abused his official power and misappropriated huge amount of Government money by creating fake loans, etc.
4.At the instance of the petitioner, such a direction cannot be issued as sought for. Hence, while rejecting the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, it is open to the petitioner to follow up the representation administratively before the authority concerned. The Writ Petition is dismissed on the above terms. No costs. rpa 09.02.2016
