The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Second Appeal filed by him on behalf of the plaintiff which arises from out of the suit for specific performance in OS.No.54 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Sathiyamangalam, has been dismissed by this Court by order dated 25.04.2017. Therefore nothing survives for consideration in the above Contempt Petition and the Contempt Petition is closed.

2. S.A.No.222 of 2012 does not relate to the above proceedings. Hence it is de-linked.
