PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for records and set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.2723 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet. ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that this petition is filed for seeking to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet and directing the registration of the FIR. During the pendency of this petition, FIR had been registered. Therefore, he does not intend to prosecute this case. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
