ORDER

WPMP.No.290 of 2025 has been filed permitting the petitioner to file a single writ petition. This petition is ordered.

2. The petitioner seeks direction for police protection to survey the land.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the fourth respondent filed a civil suit in O.S.No.75 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur for mandatory and permanent injunection which resulted in decree in favour of the fourth respondent and therefore, the petitioners filed first appeal in A.S.No.12 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge at Tiruppur. Appeal was partly allowed vide decree and judgment dated 30.10.2024, wherein, the relief of permanent injunction sought by the fourth respondent was dismissed and held that the live fence was situated on the petitioners' property and the fourth respondent does not have any right over the live fence. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner gave a representation to

survey the land. The Tahsildar has also sent a communication to the police to accord necessary police protection.

4. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned (Government Advocate) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. As the judgment and decree and the communication sent by the Tahsildar are not disputed, let the police accord necessary protection for surveying the land.
