ORDER
This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.98 of 2017 from the file of the respondent police to the file of the CBCID.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the entire investigation is completed in Crime No.98 of 2017 and the respondent is about to file a final report. At this stage, change of investigation would affect the entire investigation. Therefore, the change of investigation cannot be ordered. However, the respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. No costs.
