This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 10.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.24102 of 2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 25.11.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
