O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) 1/4

of BNS, 2023, and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, 2002, in Crime No.104 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner herein is alleged to have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and attempted to misbehave with her. The petitioner has been absconding after committing the said offence. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are residing in adjacent houses and due to previous enmity, a false complaint has been registered against him. 4.

On perusing the First Information Report, this Court finds that the petitioner, who is residing in the house next to the defacto complainant, had scaled the compound wall of her house and attempted to misbehave with her when no other family members were present. On raising an alarm, the petitioner fled from the scene of occurrence.

Considering the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not 2/4

inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
