In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the delay stands condoned, on condition the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 07.11.2019, failing which the miscellaneous petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court.
