ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 351of BNS Act, 2023 (Section

506(2) of IPC) in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that no case registered against the petitioner and so far, only petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioner co-operates with the investigation, appropriate action will be taken on completion of the investigation.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with direction to the respondent police to complete the petition enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and co-operate with the enquiry.
