This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to consider the application dated 27.08.2018 made by the Petitioner for grant of license for manufacturing fire crackers and retail shop at S. No. 574/2 and 575/2, situated at M.Oddapatti Village, Mookkanur Post, Dharmapuri Taluk and District, by concluding the enquiry in this regard at the earliest and within the reasonable time stipulated by this Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing the Respondents, on instructions, states that the application dated 27.08.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 13967/2018C2 dated 05.11.2019. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
