V.K.Subramaniam amounting to Rs.14,66,915 (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs sixty six thousand nine hundred and fifteen) (CMA No.2374 of 2023) Rs.7,68,635/- (Rupees Seven lakhs sixty eight thousand six hundred and thirty five only) (CMA No.2375 of 2023) towards the sale consideration in purchasing the above property along with a nominal rate of interest as 1st charge before settling the dues to any other depositors aggrieved at the hands of the vendor.

In both CMAs For Appellant : Mr.T.Vijay For Respondent : Mr.Ramanlal Additional Advocate General Assisted by M.Muthusamy COMMON JUDGMENT These appeals have been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in OA No.30 of 2023 and I.A.No.3 of 2023 in O.A.No.32 of 2023 by the Special Court under the TANPID Act, Coimbatore dated 14.09.2023, seeking for staying the sale proceedings regarding the properties that were attached, till the disposal of the main OAs.
