O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.11928 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.571 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He further submitted that the petitioner has also been complying in another case in Crl.MP.No.14455 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1332 of 2024 dated 25.07.2025 and that the same condition may be imposed in the present case also. He further submitted that, since the petitioner is an aged person of 68 years and is suffering from diabetes, he is unable to comply with the conditions in both cases simultaneously. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/4

respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that the petitioner has also been complying with the conditions in another case in Crl.MP.No.14455 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1332 of 2024 dated 25.07.2025.

Considering the submission made on both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15548 of 2025 dated 24.11.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court along with Crl.MP.No.14455 of 2025 on the first working day of once in every six months, until the disposal of the appeal. 14.08.2025 drl To
