Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 04.07.2025 in Memo No.446/BCDFGISSSV/2025 against the petitioner's son namely Ashok, Male, aged 25 years, S/o. Ganesh, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.
