This application is filed to permit the applicant/defendant to withdraw and transfer the suit in O.S No.1881 of 2020 on the file of XXII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai, Allikulam and tried along with the above Testamentary Original Suit.

2.The respondents 6, 7 and 9 are called absent and set exparte.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 /plaintiffs has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
