Heard Mr. T.Muruganantham, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Surendran, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the 1/4

materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to grant permission to dig bore-well to the house of the Petitioner bearing Door No.3/225-40, Andal Avenue, Pannimadai Village, Coimbatore District by considering his representation dated 14.09.2022. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has been granted permission to erect bore-well on payment of Rs.5,000/- as security deposit. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has also filed a memo dated 28.11.2022 to that effect, which is placed on record.

As nothing remains for further consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
